Xinfinity has elevated the strategic presence of the Royal Lakes brand through a comprehensive corporate identity build. We developed a professional Company Profile centered on a minimalist design philosophy, utilizing a sophisticated palette of Royal Blue and Cool Grey against clean, expansive white spaces. These colors were strategically chosen to mirror the brand’s core identity: Royal Blue to instill trust and authority, and Grey to reflect modern elegance and the serenity of the project’s extensive water features.
By prioritizing a ‘less is more’ visual approach with direct, impactful typography, we aimed to evoke a sense of openness and tranquility, directly aligning with the project’s unique selling point—where 85% of the area is dedicated to landscapes and greenery. Beyond the visuals, we established rigorous Brand Guidelines to ensure identity consistency across all touchpoints and crafted a Content Creation strategy that prioritizes ‘lifestyle storytelling’ over traditional sales pitches. The result is a powerful, cohesive brand image that establishes immediate market credibility and offers a premium visual experience that resonates with the aspirations of the target audience.
